Trainer Biography
Jerelyn Bourdage, LCSW
Jerelyn received her BA in Sociology from University of California San Diego in 1999 and her Masters Degree in Social Work specializing in Children, Youth, and Families from San Diego State University in 2004. In 2013, Jerelyn became licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in California.
Jerelyn has been in the field of child welfare for over 17 years in San Diego and provided direct practice in several programs including Emergency Response, Family Maintenance, Family Reunification, and Voluntary Services for over 10 years. Jerelyn has also worked in other specialty programs including the Child Abuse Hotline, Polinsky Children’s Center Day Rehab Program, and Pathways to Well Being in Residential Services. Currently, Jerelyn is a Senior Protective Services Worker and serves as an internal coach for Safety Organized Practice providing coaching support and training for best case practice to workers and supervisors.
