How to Print a Certificate

1. Log on using your user name and password: LMS Login Page https://academy.sumtotal.host
   
2. Click on TRAINING TRANSCRIPT
   
3. On the top menu select COMPLETED to see a list of completed training
4. Click on the training name on the left side in blue letters
5. On the RIGHT side of the page use the pull down menu that reads “REGISTER AGAIN” to select DIPLOMA
   1. FOR TRAININGS THAT ARE MULTI-DAY/MULTI-PART, DIPLOMAS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE PARENT AFTER ALL PARTS ARE COMPLETED
      
   2. BLENDED TRAININGS WITH ELEARNINGS: SAME AS ABOVE EXCEPT ELEARNING WILL HAVE IT’S OWN CERTIFICATE AND YOU WILL NEED TO CLICK ON THE ELEARNING AND REPEAT STEP 5 TO OBTAIN IT
      
      
6. Click EXPORT TO PDF to save it to your computer OR Click on the PRINT icon in the UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER to print a copy

How to Get a Transcript

1. Log on using your user name and password: LMS Login Page https://academy.sumtotal.host
2. Click on TRANSCRIPT
   
   
3. Click on Date Range to ALL
4. In the RIGHT HAND CORNER click on EXPORT TO PDF
5. Click FILE to view
6. PRINT is located on the RIGHT HAND CORNER of the page
