Level: Advanced Practice – Advanced CWS/CMS Training

Intended Audience: This is an advanced course in CWS/CMS intended for users who will be serving as trainers and/or help desk staff.
Description of Course: This is a small group training designed to increase the user’s knowledge and understanding of CWS/CMS and to provide the necessary skills for assisting others.
Intended Objectives:
- Explore the benefits of using CWS/CMS Help
- Increase trainer’s knowledge and understanding of CWS/CMS
- Review the CWS/CMS application from a trainer’s perspective
- Develop the skills that are needed to train and support other users
Topics Include:
- Learn how to use CWS/CMS training tools from the state website
- Common problems and how to trouble shoot them
- Recognize what information is needed when you open a ticket with IBM
- Explore the benefits of using CWS/CMS Help
