Niesha Turner is a Practice Consultant for San Bernardino County.  She has worked in the field of social services for over 20 year. She graduated with a BS in Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 2000. She began her career with Child Welfare Services in Tennessee in 2000 as a Case worker where she provided preventive services to at risk youth and their family. She received her M Ed in Community Counseling from the University of Tennessee in 2003. She then began her career as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and has worked primarily with adolescents and addressing women issues. In 2018, she began working for San Bernardino County as a supervisor where she provided supervision to her unit and oversaw the implementation of Safety Organized Practice and safety and risk assessments.
