Description of Course: CWS/CMS for System Administrators is a hands-on course that will focus on CWS/CMS Resource Management application with a practical use of common System Administration and troubleshooting functions.
Intended Learning Objectives:
Learn the language of Referral and Case and how it applies to the use of CWS/CMS.
Troubleshooting topics will be identified and appropriate solutions will be discussed.
Learn to use CWS/CMS tools to evaluate Cases and Referrals and to identify and troubleshoot common issues that occur in Client Services application.
