Level: Advanced Practice – Advanced CWS/CMS Training

Credits: Number of Hours – 12

Intended Audience: This is an advanced course in CWS/CMS intended for users who will be serving as trainers and/or help desk staff.

Description of Course: This is a small group training designed to increase the user’s knowledge and understanding of CWS/CMS and to provide the necessary skills for assisting others.

Intended Objectives:

  • Explore the benefits of using CWS/CMS Help
  • Increase trainer’s knowledge and understanding of CWS/CMS
  • Review the CWS/CMS application from a trainer’s perspective
  • Develop the skills that are needed to train and support other users

Topics Include:

  • Learn how to use CWS/CMS training tools from the state website
  • Common problems and how to trouble shoot them
  • Recognize what information is needed when you open a ticket with IBM
  • Explore the benefits of using CWS/CMS Help
