Intended Audience: New and current child welfare personnel seeking knowledge to work more effectively with individuals and families regarding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders

Intended Objectives:

To recognize the neurobehavioral characteristics of FASD at different ages.
To become familiar with reasonable expectations and the most effective strategies for facilitating positive change and effective communication with individuals with FASD.
To understand the prevention and remediation of secondary disabling conditions associated with FASD.
