Trainer Biography
Crystal Shackleford, MSW
Ms. Shackleford attended the University of California at Riverside and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in the cooperative major of Sociology and Law & Society in 1993. She attended California State University, San Bernardino and earned her MSW in 1997.
Ms. Shackleford has worked for Riverside County Children’s Services for over 19 years conducting court investigations and case management, forensic interviews, developing and supervising the Professional Intern Unit, group facilitator for Parents United, Staff Development Officer, and Assistant Regional Manager. She is now a Regional Manager over programs such as Parent and Youth Partners, Professional Interns, Non-related legal guardianships, and the Forensic Interviewers placed in the Children’s Assessment Center and projects such as Riverside County SOP rollout, Case Plan Field Tool, and SDM.
Crystal has trained for the PCWTA since 2009.
