Over time her role evolved, she was the lead assessor for health and safety, program compliance and educational interactions for Ventura County Office of Education. Brenda is trained and certified in multiple educational assessment tools. Her assessment work supported the Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) which is a framework to measure high quality educational programs.
