Einar Escoto, MA

Einar received his MA in Women’s Studies from San Diego State University and BA from California State University, San Marcos double-majoring in Women’s Studies and Literature and Writing. His professional background includes content management and production (including 3 years with celebrity life coach Tony Robbins), and diversity, equity, and inclusion facilitation and strategy. He has also held positions as a higher-ed faculty, poetry workshop facilitator in San Diego juvenile halls and community schools, and Senior Manager in an Ed-tech learning department.
Einar is also a small business owner as an Intuitive Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), and Reiki Master (honoring the Usui lineage) for his company, Mindsei. He works with a variety of clients including business owners, active military, social workers, CEOs, working professionals across numerous industries, and those who identify with the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Einar’s memoir about his gender transition, The Woman Inside of Me, was published in 2019.
