Mechelle Robinson, MSC, RAMFT is a Practice Implementation Consultant. She works in partnership with Southern California counties to provide and oversee the delivery of training, coaching, technical assistance and implementation planning related to the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment tool.
Prior to joining the Academy, she worked for Xerox for 22 years in various positions; management, client relations, sales/marketing, and project management. She made the decision it was time to follow her passion. She went back to school, graduated in 2010 with a Master of Science in Counseling degree, and thus, began her new career in mental health. She was a clinical manager at a mental health agency that provided behavioral health services to children, and their families.
