Course Description
The timing and pacing of interviews, the order in which interviews are conducted to avoid collusion, the order in which questions are asked, and how to overcome communication barriers and acknowledge cultural diversity are among the many challenges APS workers face in conducting interviews. APS workers also need to know how to interview clients with sensory and communication disabilities.
