Dina is the Organization Development Analyst at the Academy for Professional Excellence where she supports organization development needs by coordinating the hiring process, on-boarding, and transitioning of Academy staff. Dina assists with staff development, strategic planning, research development/grant writing, continuing education accreditation, and special projects.

Dina earned her B.S. in Business/Accounting and her M.S. in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Southern New Hampshire University. Her background is a diverse mix of IT and Education & Training due in part, to her military service, where she served 6 years as a Navy IT. She is experienced in coaching, training, and teaching people on various subjects such as job training, health & fitness, nutrition, and the English language.

Prior to joining the Academy, Dina was a stay at home mom and Navy wife, and traveled the world. She has lived and raised a family in four countries, on four continents, and is very happy to be settled here in San Diego.
