Emily Mickelson
CWDS Training Operations Assistant

Emily is a Training Operations Assistant at The Academy for Professional Excellence, where she supports career development training for Child Welfare staff. Emily received her Bachelors degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. During her undergraduate career, Emily served as the President for the College of Health and Human Services in Associated Students and as a Peer Educator for Counseling and Psychological Services.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time baking, playing with her dogs, going to concerts, spending time at the beach, going to new coffee shops, and traveling.
